1. Information We Collect

To provide AMNE services, we collect information that you submit directly and data generated through app usage.

  • Account details such as name, email address, and login credentials.
  • Property and transaction data, including income, expenses, categories, and currencies.
  • Device and usage information such as app version, crash logs, and analytics events.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate, improve, and secure AMNE.

  • Provide dashboard, reporting, and multi-currency conversion features.
  • Sync your data across devices and support authorized multi-user access.
  • Improve product performance, fix issues, and enhance user experience.
  • Send important service notifications and account-related communication.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with trusted service providers only when necessary to deliver AMNE services or to measure and improve the performance of our advertising.

  • Cloud hosting providers for secure storage and synchronization.
  • Payment and subscription partners, if billing is enabled.
  • Analytics and crash reporting tools to monitor performance.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), if you find AMNE through a Meta ad or continue using the app afterward — see Section 4 for exactly what is shared and how to opt out.
  • Legal authorities when required by applicable law.

4. Advertising, Meta (Facebook) Ads, and Device Identifiers

We advertise AMNE on Meta's platforms (Facebook and Instagram). To measure whether those ads work, and to avoid showing you ads for an app you already use, the AMNE app uses the Meta SDK to share a limited set of information with Meta Platforms, Inc.:

  • Your device's advertising identifier (iOS IDFA or Android advertising ID).
  • App install and usage events — for example, that the app was opened, an account was created, the subscription page was viewed, a free trial was started, or a purchase was completed. These events never include your property, income, or expense data.

Meta uses this information for ad attribution and measurement, and to personalize the ads you see on Facebook and Instagram. Meta's own handling of this data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.

On iOS, this sharing only happens if you allow it. The app asks for App Tracking Transparency permission the first time you open it, and nothing is shared with Meta unless you tap "Allow." You can review or change this anytime in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

On Android, you can opt out of interest-based advertising or reset your advertising ID in Settings › Google › Ads.

You can also manage how Meta personalizes ads across its own apps in your Facebook Ad Preferences.

5. Data Retention

We retain data while your account remains active and as needed for legal, accounting, and security requirements. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting support or by using the in-app account deletion flow.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your data. While no system is completely secure, we continuously improve security controls and access restrictions.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data.

  • Access, update, or delete your information.
  • Object to or restrict certain data processing.
  • Request export of your data in a portable format.

8. Cookies and Tracking

AMNE may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and service reliability. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
